Building a Platform for Emerging Artists

A startup client came to our design agency as a former record label owner, who first-handedly experienced the hurdle aspiring artists always faced: to be discovered in a competitive industry. To bridge said gap, HUDL Music (now known as Unifi Music), was born out of the simple goal of "letting good music be heard".
My role was to transform the ideas of our client and CEO into tangible features that fit into a cohesive, user-centric experience. About two quarters after release, the app had approximately 800-900 users around the world.
